DRINK & DINE Stretch it, knead it, shape it,
spin it, top it, sling it, love it.

Embr is a celebration of comfort food done right – the kind that’s made to share, scoff, and smile through. It’s generous, it’s joyful, and it’s all about big flavour without the fuss.

We’re talking Neapolitan-style pizzas with puffed-up, chewy crusts and just the right kiss of char. Pasta that’s twirled, tossed, and never taken too seriously. Antipasti stacked to the brim, sides with sass, and wood-fired everything.

We keep it simple and let the good stuff shine. Our ingredients are chopped, kneaded, stirred and slung fresh – no shortcuts, no compromises, just a whole lotta love (and maybe a flour fight or two). Think squishy balls of dough rising slowly, and sauces bubbling away… while a certain cheeky fox (ahem, Enzo) sneaks a taste when no one’s looking.

It’s all hands on deck, all heart in the mix – just like Enzo’s nonna’s kitchen (if she had a wood-fired oven and a killer playlist!).

We let the flames do the talking. The crackle, the glow, the unmistakable smoky hit that only a wood-fired oven can bring. At Embr, we let our fire do the heavy lifting – from crisping up pizzas to slow-roasting veg, fish, meats and more. You’ll spot the flames from across the room, and you’ll taste the difference in every bite.

FROM OUR LUNCH & DINNER MENU: Pulled Lamb Mafaldine

“Out of the woods and into delight,
Where flames dance loud and the crusts bite right.
Pour the wine, fold the slice,
Life’s too short to be precise.
Lick the spoon, slurp the strand,
Feast like a fox with fire in hand.”

– You’re welcome, love Enzo

EMBR BAR

FROM OUR COCKTAIL MENU: Italian Paloma

Drinks at Embr are made for good times – spritzes with zing, and cocktails that don’t mess around. The wine list’s a mix of Italian favourites and Aussie standouts, poured with a wink and a nod. And if Enzo’s lurking near the bar… you’d better keep an eye on your Negroni.
